Arriving at Beijing. And transfer the plane to Xining. Airport pick up and send to the hotel.

Xining/Xunhua
Hotel
Visit the Mosque Dongguan and then transfer to Ledu.Visit the Monastery Qutan (Ming Dynasty). Then head for Xunhua County.Xunhua is the only gathering place of the Shala Ethnic gourp.

7 days trekking to Xiahe (Labrang Monastery).

Labrang/Tongren
Hotel
Visit the Labrang Monastery and then head for Tongren. Enjoy the beautiful scenery along the road.

Tongren/Jianzha/Gorge Lijiaxia
Hotel
In Tongren, visit the Longwusi (Gelugpa) in Wulong County. Walking along the Wutun Village, which located along the Wulong riverside. This village is famous for the Regong Art.Head for Lijiaxia Gorege in the afternoon.

Gorge Lijiaxia /Taersi (Kumbum)
Hotel
National park Kanbula : visit the Danxia Lanform and the Nanzongsi Monastery . Head for Taersi (Kumbum). In the afternoon.

Taersi (Kumbum) /Xining/Beijing
Hotel
Visit the Taersi (Kumbum), which is the birth place of Tsong Khapa the founder of the Gelu sect. It is also one of the famous 6 Gelu sect monasteries. Back to Xining in the afternoon and then fly to Beijing.
