Arrive in Beijing(Shanghai/Guangzhou/Chengdu). Transfer to Lanzhou then hotel.

Lanzhou/Xiahe
Hotel
Head for Xiahe. Visit Bingling Cave by boat on the way. Continue to head for Labrang Temple and visit it.

Xiahe/Tongren
Hotel
Continue to visit Labrang Temple, then go to Tongren, visit Wutun Village and Rebkong Art.

Tongren/Zeku
Hotel
Visit Longwu Temple, Guomari Temple and Guomari Pagoda. Head for Zeku and Appreciate magnificent Marni streamer.

Zeku/ Heri/ Maqin
Hotel
Visit Heri Temple, Nyingmapa Temple (Mongolian Lamaism) and Heri Stone Scripture Wall in Heri. Head for Maqin-the government of Golok Prefecture, and also the center of Goloks’ habitation.

Trek around Mt.Amnye Machen for 8days.)Trekfor6-7hours everyday:
Go up to Guide, on the way visit Yellow River. Visit the Lajia Temple (Lajia) nearby the Yellow River . Continue to go to Guide, Guide is known as only guide is clear in whole Yellow River, the Guide Yellow River bridge, the Ming and Qing Dynasties ancient construction street: Temple of Confucian , Yuhuang pavilion and so on.

Guide/Huangzhong(Kumbum Monastery)

Continue to head for Huangzhong (Kumbum Monastery). On the way about 20-30 Km, go sightseeing for the beautifull Danxia Landform. Climb over Mt.Laji(3900M), then arrive at Huangzhong(Kumbum Monastery)

Xining/Qinghai Lake

Visit Kumbum Monastery in the morning, then head for the Bird Island on Qinghai Lake. Walk along the Lake and watch diffrient birds according to seasons.

Qinghai lake(Bird Island)/Gangcha/Xining
Hotel
Head west, go to Tibetan place in the northern of the Qinghai lake, there are many deserts and Gobi. Then return to Xining. visit the Xining East Gate mosque.

Transfer to airport in Xining, fly to Beijing in the morning. Airport pick up in Beijing, free activity in the afternoon.
