Fly to Yinchuan, and then transfer to hotel.

Yinchuan/ Alxa Zouqi
Hotel
Visit The Tombs of the Kings in Xixia Dynasty.. Walk in the park and see as more scenic spots as possible. Head for Alax Zuoqi by bus and visit the Alax Palace. Visit the Jades Street in Alax.

Alxa Zuoqi/ Badain Jaran Desert
Hotel
Head for Badain Jaran Desert (one day drive). If time allows, we can watch the ancient murals on the cliff.

Badain Jaran Desert/ Alxa Youqi
Hotel
Visit the Badain Jaran Temp, desert palace and Badan lake. Have lunch nearby the Badan lake. Then cross the desert by the local Beijing jeep and go back to highway. Come back to Alxa Youqi by bus. Stay at hotel.

Alxa Youqi/ Zhangye/ Lanzhou
Hotel
Head for Zhangye by bus. Visit The Dafo Temple. After luch, drive to Lanzhou.
