Tangke: the first sinus of Yellow River. Maiwa Temple in Hongyuan. The Qiang Stockaded Village of Taoping. The Zang Stockaded Village of Ganbao.

Visit Langmusi and the temples along the road.

Head for Xiahe and visit Labrang Temple.

Head for Qinghai, pass through Ganjia and Guashenze Village and visit the temples along the road. Visit Wendu Temple and The Former Residence of The 10th Lama.

Visit Wulong Temple in Tongren and then go to Wudun Village to visit Regong Art. Visit Guomari Stupa and then head for Lijiaxia (Kanbula Garden).
Visit Kanbula Garden and Nanzong Temple on foot. Have picnic for lunch and head for Huangzhong (Tar Lamasery) Stay one night at Huangzhong.
