01 Setting off
02 –/Chengdu Hotel
Arrival in Chengdu , Transfer to hotel
03 Chengdu/Wolong/Rilong(Mt.Siguniang) Hotel
Head for the mountain area. Visit the Wolong Nature Preserve for Panda. Climb Mt.Balang(4400M).Enjoying the beautiful scenery of the snow-capped mountains. After that we are supposed to arrive Rilong in the late afternoon. And begin our trip in Tibetan area
04 Rilong(Mt.Siguniang ) /Danba Hotel
Visit the valley of Shuangqiaogou in Mt.Siguniang. Then move no to Danba, Get into the area of Gyarong Tibetan village and the Suopo fortress.
05 Danba/Tagong/Daofu(Dawu) Hotel
Get into the area for Khamba Tibetan, visit Tagong Gompa, Huiyuan Gompa en route
06 Daofu/Luhuo(Chaggo)/Gantse Hotel
Visit Drango Gompa and Joro Gompa in Luhuo and visit the Gantse Gompa.
07 Gantse/Manigango/Dege Hotel
Visit Dargre Gompa on our way to Manigango. Walk around the Lake Xinluhai（Yulong Cuo）to enjoy the natural scenery, then climb over Mt. Que’er Shan (4950 m). We can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the snow-capped mountains in distance and the Dege Valley. We’ll visit the Dege Religious Scripture Printing House in Dege in the afternoon.
08 Dege/Jomda/Qamdo Hotel
We’ll arrive Qamdo(Historically, Qamdo was known as Kham or Karmo)via Jomda. On our way to Qamdo, we can see many typical Tibetan villages.
09 Qamdo/Riwoche Hotel
Visit Gedain Qambaling Gampa in Qamdo, (the oldest Gampa)in the morning.Then is the free time in local market. After lunch, we leave for Riwoche.；
10 Riwoche/Dengqen Hotel
On the way to Dengqen we will Visit some gompas, such as Lawong Gompa, Jinka Gompa, Rong Tang Gompa. The road is rough.
11 Dengqen/sog Hotel
Visite Tengchen Gompa and Sertza Gompa, (which lies in mountain of the left side of the road. The 4×4 has to. Climb over Mt. Xuele(4200m) en route to Sog
12 Sog/Nagqu Hotel
Visit Suo Zan Dan Gompa in the outskirt of Sog en route to Nagqu.
13 Nagqu/Lhasa Hotel
The scenery along the way is fantastic. And the road is smoother than the former days.
14 Lhasa Hotel
Visit the Potala Palace and Jokhang Gampa. Walking around the barkhor street.
15 Lhasa Hotel
Visit Drepung Gompa and Sera Gompa.
16 Lhasa/Chengdu Hotel
Air pick-up in Chengdu, and transfer to hotel.
17 EXIT
Airport send-off and end this visit.

It takes 7-10 days for us to apply for the permits; thus, the copy of your passport (including the visa page) is supposed to be sent to our company by fax or email couple weeks before clients set off

Remark
A. In 1994, NAVO-TOUR organized the first trip to Tibet successfully.
B. The over-land tour from Chengdu (Sichuan) to Lhasa (Tibet) is some kind of tough tour in China: the high altitude, the poor condition for living, part of the road is dangerous. The clients should be informed of these situations by travel agency.
