01 Setting off

Arrive in Chengdu., transfer to hotel. Free time for guest.
03 Chengdu/ Lhasa/Tsedang 89 Km Hotel
Fly to Tibet and arrive the Gongga Airport. Then head for Tsedang.
Note: NAVO can also accept the guest directly in Tibet; you can choose not to transfer in Chengdu. NAVO will begin our service from the Gongga Airport in Tibet
04 Tsedang 0KM Hotel
Visit Yumbu Lakhang, Changzhu Monastery and Samye Monastery.
05 Tsedang/ Gyangze 128 km Hotel
Head for Gyangze and visit Yamzhog Yumco Lake along the road. Visit Baiju Monastrey.
06 Gyangze/ Xigaze 331km Hotel
Départ pour Shigatse. visiter le monastère Tashilhunpo et le marché local.
07 Xigaze/ Tingri (Shegar) 211KM Hotel
Head for Tingri.

08 Tingri ( Shegar)/ Rongbu Monastery(4980m)/ Tingri 226KM Hotel
Head for the Camping base of Everest and visit Rongbu Monastery. Later back to Tingri
09 Tingri/Peigucuo Lake/Saga 341km Hotel
Visit the grassland and the lake. Head for Saga, crossing the Yarlung Zamgbo River by ferryboat.
10 Saga/Zhongba/Paryang 259km Hotel
View the specialties of Tibet. Visit sand hills, valleys, grassland, tents and Tibetan families. The accommodation condition is poor.
11 Paryang/ Manasarova 313km Hotel
Cross the Mayoumula Pass and enjoy the Culture of Tibetan area: grassland, local tent, etc. Arrive the holy lake – Manasarvoar.

Thisis the hungriness area with lots of snow mountains and lakes. Guest can see gang of antelopes and donkeies and wild animal along the road. As the condition there is very poor and seldom has people went there.

Permits for entering Tibet:
It takes 7-10 days for us to apply for the permits; thus, the copy of your passport (including the visa page) is supposed to be sent to our company by fax or email 15 days before clients set off.

A: You can arrive Chengdu via Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Bangkok, etc.
B: You can leave Lhasa or Chengdu via Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Kathmandu, etc.
C: NAVO has organized this itinerary since 1994. And the latest group went through this itinerary is in 2005 and the members were from Taiwan.
D: This route covers the area of plateau and rural places in which the condition is very limited. But it is also very beautiful. Please note this point, before your decision to take this tour.
