Témoignages de 2000 à 2012

Bonsoir Magali:

Hi Karen:

Many thanks for Julian’s dinner!

He was really touched and it certainly made his day.

I echo his comments on Sun Li – he is doing a very good job and is a good guy!

Take care

Alex Catto

Hi Ellen:

I hope you had a great vacation

We had really a great time in any of the places visiting. I thank you very much for your great job you have done for us especially for me. My photos are very nice and show indeed the great time and adventures we had all together. Please give my thanks to Navo tours and appreciation for their service. All was perfect.

Best regards

Nomi

Dear Tracy:

I wanted to wish you the very best for your wedding next week and a long and happy marriage ahead, I hope you have a fantastic day and put all the stress of the last few weeks behind you. You should take a honeymoon and come to England!

Thank you for all your hard work during our China tour, you made what could have been a total disaster for Tom and I a very enjoyable tour.

I have been watching the news and the riots in Urumuqi happening, I hope our taxi drivers are safe.

Bangkok is fabulous, I’ve had 2 weeks here and fly home on Tuesday. It’s been a welcome rest after the frantic last 2 months.

Thank you again Tracy, I won’t hesitate to use NAVO again (if you’ll let me haha) or to recommend the company to other travelers and specifically ask for you to lead them.

Good luck in Nepal

All the very best for the future

Rachael

Dear Tracy:

My sincere apologies for not writing to you sooner, we are now in Cambodia and I have for the first time an opportunity to write to you regarding our recently concluded tour of China.

Both Pat and I thought it only proper that we write to you, to say a personal thanks for the efforts you put in to make our tour through China as good as it possibly could have been.

As you know, Pat and I have traveled in China before, so we both had certain perceptions before we entered and had a good idea what to expect before we got there.

This visit you certainly made a big difference to how we viewed the country and we would both like to go on the record and state that you could not have done anymore for us as individuals or as a group, we where both extremely impressed with your professionalism, even when the going got a little tough.

Moreover the additional time you spent with us at the health clinics and doctors to put us both back on our feet was greatly appreciated and was certainly more than we expected.

We would also like to thank NAVO as a company for the virtually seamless entry and exit, driving in China is an experience that few Europeans get to savour, so a massive thanks for making that happen.

Additionally our groups request to extend the exit was managed perfectly and made a big difference to the overall feel of the tour, we made life a little difficult for ourselves by creating the schedule, your resolution made the whole itinerary far more enjoyable experience.

In conclusion, From Pat and I, a massive personal thank you, we both wish you all the very best.

Please pass our thanks onto those behind the scenes at NAVO, that helped make our tour an experience of a life time.

Kindest Regards

Pat and Simon Marsh

Dear Navo team:

I think after the huge amount which has been said in these emails, I feel a few things have been placed in the wrong mouths.

So i would like to issue a huge thanks to Tracy and NAVO for the tour and the amount of thing above and beyond the call of duty which were handled during our short time in China.

Things didnt exactly start out smoothly with us arriving -1 vehicle, and with two people needing transport, from before we entered the country Tracy was on the case looking for solutions and being incredibly flexible.

on day 3 it seemed that everything was doomed to failure, renting a car seemed far too expensive (18,000 yuan + 30,000 yuan deposit) and the option of buying motorcycles had been explored and found impossible. Throughout the whole of this Tracy continued to be more than willing to seek out solutions, as we couldn’t speak the language, after negotiating a taxi and price for us, Tracy was able to write up a contract (one which would be tested) which ensured we would have transport at a fair price (500 yuan per day excluding petrol, tolls and return), and that we would be able to continue with the tour.

After this we had the different foods ‘required’ within the group, and some medical things which caused a few chemist trips and a hospitalisation. all of this to me was far above and beyond the call of duty – remembering that NAVO were hired to lead a self driving tour through china and organise the entry and exit paperwork.

The schedule we accepted was very possible, but we had a realisation when a traffic jam held us up for 4 hours we had a discussion and it was decided that the slight extra cost of a few days was more than worth while, the other option being to skip out visits, and turning the chinese tour into little more than transit, I would like to make it very clear here that I dont recall anyone ever saying it was impossible to drive the distances required in the time available, our vehicles were cruising on the motorway at 90km/h and that average speed dropped a lot in mountanous and difficult roads, but it was still very possible. we made the decision based on the enjoyment that would have been lost.

So I would again like to thank NAVO and Tracy for being hugely helpful througout the whole trip, It was great.

Regards

Tom Tyer-Drake

Hi Tracy:

We have been meaning to email you to tell you what a great trip we are having through China, and to thank you for all your planning you did for our trip. I think we have seen so much of China, as much as is possible in 3 weeks. Helen (Spring Bear) has been working very hard for us to make sure we get a good hotel and eat plenty of good food! We are especially enjoying the Silk Road and the cooler temperatures at night. Although it seems strange to be here in Turpan at 9.30 pm and the sun is still up. It does mean we have plenty of time to find somewhere to stay before it gets dark. Today we had a low temperature of 8′ and a high of 36′. We have experienced every type of weather possible except snow although it was snowing on the mountains this morning.

Thanks again Tracy and we hope you have many more satisfied customers to come.

Kind Regards from Dave and Susie Cable

Hi Karen:

We really did have a fantastic time in China. Our only regret was that we didn’t get to spend more time there! Thanks so much for all your effort in organising the whole trip for us. I know there was a lot of work ‘behind the scenes’ to make sure everything went smoothly for us, and it was really nice arriving in all the places having our hotels already booked! I really don’t think we could have chosen a better tour company, and your effort made all the difference. Linda was great too – I think that once she gets some glasses and can read the road signs she will be a perfect guide 🙂 It was sad saying goodbye to her today at the border.

It was great to meet you in Chengdu and we had a lovely evening. Hopefully we’ll see you some time in London or Sydney!

Kind Regards,

David

Dear Mr. Liyaxi,

We wanted to write to you to say how much we enjoyed our self-driving tour through China with Navo. It took a lot of preparation and we found Tracy to be a really excellent and friendly organiser. She was always quick and efficient in replying to our queries and we were especially grateful to her for arranging our shipping.

We really enjoyed being on the road with Vanessa. She is a wonderful guide, always responding to our suggestions, thinking ahead and making the journey work according to our needs. She also happens to be a very lovely person, whose company we really appreciated.

So, very happy customers!

Thank you very much and if we’re back in China, we’ll be sure to be in touch.

Best wishes,

Dominic and Laurel Sutherland

Dear Austrian friends:

How are you! It’s delighted to be honored to write to you to express our sincere thanks to you!

At noon of August 2,2008, a jeep of our company unfortunately encountered a traffic accident on a certain road section from Datong to Beijing. In that emergent moment, we luckily encountered you. You carried forward the spirit of international humanitarian and promptly extended your hands of friendliness to help us carry out the timely and correct treatment. Your professional rescue and treatment of a high level made these traffic accident victims have been timely and effective treated and made the loss to be minimized. Your charity made us felt the warmth of love and the selflessness of international friendship at the critical moment that we most need help.

Here, we, on half of the traffic accident victims and their families, thank you with the most sincere gratitude and the highest respect!

Wish you a pleasant journey in China!

Wish you good luck in Beijing!

Yours Sincerely,

Dear Navo team:

We had a great trip to China and your professionalism shows throughout the services provided during the trip. China is a very beautiful and interesting country. We learned a lot about world human heritage and how we all share our humanity.

Purely as a point of reference for you and your future clients, I will note the two lowest aspects of our trip:

1) our first guide in Lahsa/Tsedang did not speak sufficient English to be understood and he certainly did not know Lasha in details. We enjoy talking the guides and learning about day-to-day life in China but that was impossible with him. The second guide was terrific and our next couple of days in Lahsa turned out to be a great learning experience.

2) the guide in Dunhuang also did not speak good English. It was not that big a deal though since the Mogao Caves provide their own guide and the Gobi desert camel ride does as well.

That’s it. Once again, thanks for your services. We had a great trip.

Marc.

Dear Mr. LI Yaxi:

I am writing to thank you for arranging our journey through China. Navo proved a good choice and we would recommend you to our friends who wished to undertake similar trips.

If I had one recommendation it would be that the guide you provide be more profficient in English. Mark was a good guide and a very hard working guide, but his English could have been significantly better. Overall, however, we were satisfied with his services and I hope you will thank him on our behalf.

I am also writing to thank you for arranging our shipping. Could you please send me the information required for me to collect the car at Felixstowe. It should contain the ship name and number and the container number.

Once again, thank you very much for all your assistance.

Yours sincerely,

Richard McCallum
